R. A. Evans writes. By day he pours his creative energy into meeting the varied needs of his clients. By night, he writes for pleasure. It’s what he does. It’s who he is. If you like your humor dark, your blood-letting messy, and the creepiness factor cranked to eleven, he’s the author for you. His debut novel, Asylum Lake, hit the shelves to rave reviews and its sequel Grave Undertakings will be unearthed in May of 2012.
A graduate of Grand Valley State University, Evans started his career at a small town newspaper, and has spent the past fifteen years working in marketing and public relations.

Leslie Moon (@moondustwriter) suggested I contact you about my books. I write a series of murder novels with a cast of characters who go from book to book. If you’d like to see what I’m about, my website is http://murdernovels.com there are also blurbs and previews of all my books and reviews and comments about them. Let me know if you want to ask me any questions. Thanks, Bob Moats, @murdernovels on twitter.
As a writer of three published horror anrhologies I appreciate these questions. If you are ever interested in asking me questions i would happily oblige.
Rich, Did you delete me as a friend on facebook? I wanted to ask you about Grave Undertakings! Is Schulers selling it? I need to buy a couple copies. I have to do book orders and my kids need the sequal, and myself as well. Where can I find it?

I just started reading Asylum Lake. I had to do a double take and see if you really were from MI. I was born in Lake View, MI. Havn’t been there since I was 3. I live near Lansing, MI now. I just havn’t read a book THIS close to home. I had to smile and can’t WAIT to finish the book.
Thank you for diving into the mystery of Asylum Lake. I an blow your ,mind even more – the fictional town of Bedlam Falls would be located not too very far from Lakeview. I hope you enjoy the book and please keep me updated on your progress.
