  1. Great post. I think there is a natural curiousity to explore those things that frighten us. In horror books, movies as you said, we can do that safely from the confines of our homes. We might write about it, but at the end of the day we would be the last to advocate the pain and sorrow splayed out in gory detail to another human being. (Hugs)Indigo

  2. I loved your post. My heart went cold in my chest as I read the necklacing description. It’s the train wreck mentality, I think. “Oh my God. How horrible!” but we look, gawk, stare or whatever anyway. Human beings scare me. At times, we are the horror story that cannot be outdone.
